اهمية تطبيق الاختبارات النفسية في البحوث النفسية والتربوية

الملخص
من المهارات الأساسية لنجاح أي متخصص في عمله، إتقانه مهارة استعمال أدوات القياس وجمع المعلومات. ومن بين هؤلاء المتخصصين، المختص التربوي أو النفسي الذي هو في حاجة ماسة لمعرفة أدوات جمع المعلومات المتاحة ضمن البيئة التي يعمل فيها، وفي حاجة ماسة لمهارة استعمالها بشكل صحيح، لكي يصل إلى نتائج تتسم بالصدق والثبات. ومن بين تلك الأدوات تبرز الاختبارات النفسية لتأخذ حيزاً كبيراً في عمل المختص. وعلى الرغم المزايا التي تتمتع بها الاختبارات النفسية في البحوث التربوية النفسية، إلا أن عملية استعمالها تكتنفها مشكلات عديدة قد تغيب عن ذهن المتخصص. وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة على التعرف على الاختبارات النفسية وأهميتها في البحوث النفسية والتربوية، والتعرف على المشكلات الناجمة عن استعمال الاختبارات النفسية لتنبيه الباحثين في الدراسات النفسية والتربوية على كيفية معالجتها في المستويين النظري والعملي. وادراج بعض التوصيات من أجل تفعيل دور الاختبارات النفسية لتكون أداة لها دور قوي إلى جانب الأدوات المهمة في الدراسات النفسية والتربوية. One of the basic skills for the success of any specialist in his work, mastery of the use of measuring tools and information collection. Among these specialists, the educational or psychological specialist who is in dire need to know the tools of collecting information available within the environment in which he works, and in dire need of skill to use it correctly, in order to reach the results of honest and reliable. Among these tools emerge psychological tests to take a large space in the work of the specialist. Despite the advantages of psychological tests in educational research psychological, but the process of use of many problems may be absent from the mind of the specialist. Therefore, this study aims to identify psychological tests and their importance in psychological and educational research, and identify the problems resulting from the use of psychological tests to alert researchers in psychological and educational studies on how to address them in the theoretical and practical levels. And the inclusion of some recommendations in order to activate the role of psychological tests to be a powerful tool along with important tools in psychological studies and education.
