Training Needs Of Primary School Teachers In The Field Of Teaching According To The Competency Approach

Abstract

The elements and components of the educational system constitute an integrated, overlapping and interactive system, if any change occurred in one element of this system, it would necessarily cause a change at the level of the other components. The teacher is one of these components, but rather he is the corner stone of the educational process and a key component for a high quality education, consequently the success of the implementation of the competency-based depends on an effective teacher-training program that meets the requirements of this approach.
