The Dangers Of The Russian Invasion Of Ukraine For Europe

Abstract

Abstract: The Russian invasion of Ukraine resulted in serious effects on the European Union countries, and those effects included the economic, political and military aspects, The Russian invasion led to a significant increase in the prices of basic commodities, food grains and energy, It also led to a high rate of inflation and the flight of capital flows from the markets due to the feeling of insecurity among investors, Perhaps one of the most prominent economic and political effects is the increase in migrant flows to European countries , As for the military effects, the Russian invasion of Ukraine resulted in the European Union countries feeling insecure, so they sought to search for new alternatives, such as increasing the rate of military spending or joining the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Sweden and Finland are perhaps the countries most affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine, as they are Russia's direct neighbors. ملخص: لقد نتج عن الغزو الروسي الغاشم لأوكرانيا آثارا خطيرة على دول الإتحاد الأوروبي , هذا وقد تعددت آثار الغزو حيث شملت النواحي الاقتصادية والسياسية والعسكرية ومجالات أخرى ، فقد نتج عن الغزو الروسي ارتفاعا هائلا في أسعار السلع الأساسية والحبوب الغذائية والطاقة ، كما أدى إلى ارتفاع معدل التضخم وهروب التدفقات الرأسمالية من الأسواق بسبب شعور المستثمرين بعدم الأمان , ولعل من ابرز الآثار الاقتصادية والسياسية زيادة تدفقات المهاجرين إلى الدول الأوروبية , وعن الآثار العسكرية فقد نتج عن الغزو الروسي لأوكرانيا شعور دول الإتحاد الأوروبي بعدم الأمان فسعت للبحث عن بدائل جديدة مثل زيادة معدل الإنفاق العسكري أو الانضمام لحلف شمال الأطلسي ، وفى مقدمة الدول الأوروبية التي تأثرت بالغزو الروسي لأوكرانيا مملكة السويد ، وفنلندا , لكونهما جارتين لروسيا .
