الملخص

جاءت هذه الدراسة حول الغزو الروسي لأوكرانيا للبحث في الآثار الاقتصادي للعقوبات الغربية على الاقتصاد الروسي خلال الفترة من 24 فيفري إلى منتصف شهر مارس من سنة 2022. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استقراء عدد من البيانات والتقارير الصادرة عن جهات رسمية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة، أنّه وبالرغم من حجم التضييق المفروضة على الاقتصاد الروسي، إلا أنّه استطاع الصمود خلال هذه الفترة، وهذا نتيجة ما عرفه الاقتصاد الروسي من تطور، وكذا ابتعاده عن التبعية للدول الغربية مؤخرًا، من خلال وضع البدائل الكفيلة بتحقيق الإدارة الجيدة لاقتصادها. وقد اقترحت الدراسة في الأخير أنّه على الحكومة الجزائرية حاليًا أنّ تحافظ على علاقتها مع جميع الأطراف، وأنّ تسعى مستقبلًا لتخفيف من تبعيتها المفرطة، وأنّ تعمل على تنويع اقتصادها. Abstract This early study on the Russian invasion of Ukraine came to search for the economic effects of Western sanctions on the Russian economy during the period from February 24 to mid-March 2022. By extrapolating a number of reports issued by official authorities.We concluded that despite the restrictions on the Russian economy, it was able to withstand, and this is a result of the development of the Russian economy and its distance from dependence on Western countries recently, by developing alternatives that ensure good management of its economy. Finally, the study suggested that the Algerian government should currently maintain its relationship with all parties, and seek in the future to reduce its excessive dependence on countries, and work to diversify its economy.
