Abstract
يعتبر الإرهاب من أخطر الجرائم التي تواجه المجتمعات ، ولذلك تضافرت الجهود الإقليمية والدولية لمكافحته ، من خلال إبرام اتفاقيات دولية لمحاكمة الإرهابيين ، وتسعى كل دولة لاتخاذ الإجراءات الوطنية لمنع وقوع تلك الجرائم. وعلى الرغم من ذلك ، فإن تنفيذ هذه الإجراءات غالبًا ما يؤدي إلى انتهاك القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان ، وغالبًا ما يقترن ذلك باعتقال واحتجاز مدنيين أبرياء. Abstract Terrorism is one of the most serious crimes facing societies, and therefore regional and international efforts have joined forces to combat it, through the conclusion of international agreements to prosecute terrorists, and each country seeks to take national measures to prevent the occurrence of those crimes. Despite that, the implementation of these measures often leads to Violation of international humanitarian law and international human rights law, often accompanied by the arrest and detention of innocent civilians.
