الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على أهمية تفعيل البعد الإنساني لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة وشاملة لجميع شعوب الأرض، وذلك من خلال محاولة الفهم والتعمق في جدلية العلاقة إنسان- بيئة، وكيف مارس الإنسان عبر العصور استغلاله الجائر لمواردها لتلبية احتياجاته المتنامية لبسط وسيطرته على العالم وصولا الى تسببه في هدم الأنساق البيئية والإخلال بالتوازن الحيوي للكوكب وظهور مشكلات ايكولوجية خطيرة أصبحت تهدد استقراره وتواجده على سطح الأرض. وانتهت الدراسة إلى التأكيد على ضرورة إتباع إستراتيجية فعالة وتعزيز التعاون الدولي للتصدي للمخاطر البيئية الحالية، وتبني سياسة عالمية لإدارة البيئة يكون هدفها الأساسي الإنسان، والاتجاه نحو أنسنة التنمية المستدامة والأخذ بها كقضية عالمية تعنى بها جميع شعوب العالم. Abstract The aim of the study is to highlight on the importance of activating the human dimension to achieve sustainable and comprehensive development for all people, by trying to understand and delve into the dialectic of the human-environment relationship, and how man, through the ages, has exercised the unjust exploitation of its resources to meet his growing needs to extend and control the world, leading to the destruction of environmental systems and disruption of the planet's vital balance and the emergence of serious ecological problems that threaten its stability and presence on Earth. The study concluded by emphasizing the need to follow an effective strategy and strengthen international cooperation to address current environmental risks, adopt a global policy for environmental management whose primary goal is human being, and move towards humanizing sustainable development and taking it as a global issue that concerns all peoples. .
