النظام الحزبي وعلاقته بالديمقراطية التمثيلية

الملخص
تشكل الاحزاب السياسية اداة للوصول الى السلطة، وهي عنصر فعال لضمان الاستقرار السياسي والامني والاقتصادي، او قد تتسبب في تهديم الانظمة السياسية وخلق الفوضى. يسمى الجسر الذي يربط الاحزاب السياسية بالنظام السياسي: النظم الحزبية، والتي تكون قائمة على اساس الحزب الواحد او الحزبين او التعددية الحزبية. سنحاول في المقال فهم العلاقة بين النظم الحزبية والديمقراطية التمثيلية. وقد تبين لنا انه لا يمكن ان تكون هناك ديمقراطية تمثيلية في ظل نظام الحزب الواحد، بل تتطلب الديمقراطية التمثيلية الحقيقة وجود نظام حزبي ثنائي او متعدد الأحزاب مع ضمان نزاهة العملية الانتخابية، وحرية المواطنين في الترشح والانتخاب، مشاركة مختلف الاطياف في العملية السياسية لزيادة تمثيل أكثر فئات المجتمع في البرلمان والحكومة Political parties are a tool to attain power. They can be either a guarantee of political, security and economic stability, or among destructive factors of political systems and reasons of chaos. The system of political parties is the bridge that connects these parties to the political system. It can be based on one-party, two-party, or multi-party systems. In this article, we will attempt to understand the relationship between systems of political parties and representative democracy. It has become clear that there can be no representative democracy under a one-party system. Rather, true representative democracy requires the existence of a bi-party system or multi-party system providing the integrity of the electoral process, the freedom of citizens for candidacy and election, and the participation of different sects in the political process to increase more representation groups o
