مبدأ الشورى في الإسلام وعلاقته بالديمقراطية

الملخص
تعتمد الدول في تسيير نظام الحكم الذي تنتهجه على ما يسمى بالديمقراطية، لكي تعطي لسلطتها الشرعية على اعتبار أنها مبنية على القاعدة الشعبية ،وهو ما تنتهجه الدول الغربية أو حتى العربية في بناء نظام حكمها، وبالرجوع إلى دساتير الدول العربية والإسلامية نجدها تعتمد على مفهومين أساسيين هما :أن الإسلام دين الدولة، وأن نظام حكمها يعتمد على مبدأ الديمقراطية ،مما يعطي معه جدلا فكريا حول تطبيق الدول التي تنتهج المبدأ الدستوري الإسلام دين الدولة لنظام حكم إسلامي وفق الأطر الدينية الصحيحة ،أو أنه يبقى مجرد مبدأ ليحل محله مفهوم آخر هو حكم الشعب أو ما يسمى بالديمقراطية. كلمات مفتاحية: الشورى، الحكم، الديمقراطية، الحاكم. Abstract: Countries depend on the management of the system of government that they pursue on what is called democracy, in order to give their authority legitimacy on the grounds that it is based on the popular base, which is what Western or even Arab countries follow in building their system of government, and by referring to the constitutions of Arab and Islamic countries, we find that it depends on two basic concepts, namely That Islam is the religion of the state, and that its system of government depends on the principle of democracy, which leads to an intellectual debate about the application of states that follow the constitutional principle of Islam, Islam is the religion of the state for an Islamic system of government in accordance with the correct religious frameworks, or that it remains just a principle to be replaced by another concept, which is the rule of the people or The so-called democracy Keywords: shura ,verdict, Democracy,the ruler.
