الملخص

يهدف هذا المقال للكشف عن مدى الجاهزية الالكترونية ومزايا الحوكمة الالكترونية على مستوى مؤسسة الضمان الاجتماعي ومساهمتها في تحقيق جودة الخدمات العمومية نظرا لزيادة الحاجة إلى المعاملات الإدارية الالكترونية في ظل مسعى ترقية الإدارة العمومية وتفعيل الإدارة الرقمية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحوكمة الالكترونية تؤدي بشكل فعال إلى جودة الخدمات المقدمة على مستوى مديرية الضمان الاجتماعي لولاية سكيكدة. Abstract: This article aims to detect the extent of electronic readiness of electronic readiness The advantages of electronic governance on the level of the Social Security Corporation and its contribution to achieving the quality of public services have increased the need for electronic administrative transactions through the effort to upgrade public administration and activate digital management. The study concluded that Electronic-governance effectively leads to the quality of services provided to the level of the Social Security administration of Skikda State.
