الملخص
الهجرة غير المشروعة أو تسلل شخص ما الى دولة ما دون أن يحمل جنسية أو وثائق مزورة رغبة في العيش الكريم والحصول على منصب عمل، ظاهرة أرقت المسؤولين ولقائمين على شؤون البلاد راغبين في الوصول الى حلول والتصدي لها والقضاء علي جذورها، و تهدف ورقتنا البحثية للبحث عن أهم أسباب الهجرة غير الشرعية معرجين عن أهم النماذج التي تصدت للظاهرة عربية والدولية منها، ووضع تصورات حول التصدي للظاهرة في الجزائر والقضاء عليها وعوة المشعل لأيدي الشباب Illegal immigration or infiltration of a person into a country without citizenship or forged documents A desire to live a decent life and get a job is a phenomenon that has left the officials and those who are in charge of the affairs of the country willing to reach solutions and address them and eradicate their roots. The most important reasons for illegal immigration, citing the most important models that addressed the phenomenon of Arab and international ones, and develop perceptions about addressing the phenomenon in Algeria and eliminate it and the rise of the torch to the hands of young people.
