The Impact Of Core Competencies Building In Improving Company Performance

Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر بناء الكفاءات المحورية في تحسين أداء مؤسسة البسكرية للإسمنت. توصلت الدراسة في الأخير إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبناء الكفاءات المحورية في تحسين أداء مؤسسة البسكرية للإسمنت. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of core competencies building in improving Al-Beskriah Cement company performance. In the end, the study concluded a range of recommendations; the most important there is a statistical significant impact of core competencies building in the level of improving Al-Beskriah Cement company performance.
