الدراسات الاستخباراتية ودراسة العلاقات الدولية: هوية علمية مشتركة؟

الملخص
تجادل هذه الورقة البحثية ان الدراسات الاستخباراتية تخصص علمي جديد لايزال يتطور ضمن المجالات العلمية الاكثر قدما وعراقة أكاديمية على غرار العلوم السياسية والتاريخ والعلاقات الدولية وحتى الدراسات الامنية والاستراتيجية ...لكن يبدو أن هذا التخصص تم تبنيه من طرف مفكري ومراكز البحث والمعاهد التي تدرس العلاقات الدولية . كما ان الهدف من هذه الورقة هو ابراز مختلف الجوانب العلمية والمنهجية والمعرفية حول هذا التخصص، وكذا اظهار مدى أهميته الاكاديمية ضمن تخصص العلاقات الدولية لانه يشكل اضافة حقيقية، ولأنه يساعد الى حد كبير في كشف الغموض والضبابية على الكثير من القضايا والاحداث الداخلية والخارجية في العلاقات الدولية، وبالتالي الحصول على مداخل تفسيرية وتحليلية جديدة في دراسة تاريخ وبنية العلاقات الدولية. Abstract: This research paper argues that intelligence studies is a new scientific discipline that is still developing within the most ancient scientific fields such as political science, history, international relations, and even security and strategic studies ... But it seems that this discipline has been adopted by thinkers, research centers and institutes that study International Relations. The aim of this paper is to highlight the various scientific, methodological and cognitive aspects of this discipline, as well as to show the extent of its academic importance within the discipline of international relations because it is a real addition, and because it helps to a great extent in uncovering the ambiguity on many internal and external issues and events in international relations. Thus, obtaining new interpretive and analytical entries in the study of the history and structure of international relations.
