الملخص
تعتبر عمليّة الكتابة وخاصّة الكتابة التأريخيّة منتج حضاري ووليدة عصرها وسياقاتها التاريخيّة. في هذا الإطار المعرفي سوف نحاول أن ندرس عمليّة الكتابة التاريخيّة عند فاعل اجتماعي مهمّ في البلاد التونسيّة في الثلث الأوّل من القرن العشرين ألا وهو عبد العزيز الثعالبي من خلال قراءة في كتابه "مقالات في التاريخ القديم". في هذا الإطار نجد أنفسنا ندرس شخصيّة مهمّة وفاعلة في تاريخ تونس المعاصر خاصّة خلال الفترة الاستعماريّة، وفي نفس الوقت يمارس كتابة التاريخ. من خلال دراستنا لكتاب "مقالات في التاريخ القديم" لعبد العزيز الثعالبي تبيّن لنا بوضوح أنّ حاضر المؤلّف وواقعه ترك بصمات واضحة في ثنايا الكتاب. فقد سعى الثعالبي الى موقعة البلاد التونسيّة خلال الفترة القديمة في محيطها العربي عاكسا تماما لكل السياسات الاستعماريّة سواء الفرنسيّة أو الإيطاليّة لفرنسة أو "رومنة" التاريخ التونسي. والثعالبي من خلال الكتاب يبرز في ثوب المناضل المثقّف والمؤرّخ مثلما قضّى حياته في ثوب المناضل السياسي. The process of writing, especially historical writing, is a civilized product and a product of its age and historical contexts. In this framework of knowledge, we will try to study the process of historical writing by an important social actor in Tunisian countries in the first third of the twentieth century, namely Abdelaziz Al-Thaalbi, by reading in his book "Articles in Ancient History". In this context, we find ourselves studying an important and active figure in the contemporary history of Tunisia, especially during the colonial period, and at the same time practicing writing history. Through our study of “Essays in the Ancient History” book by Abdel Aziz Al-Thaalabi, it became clear to us that the present and the reality of the author left clear imprints in the folds of the book. Al-Thaalabi sought to locate the Tunisian countries during the ancient period in their Arab surroundings, completely reflecting all colonial policies, whether French or Italian, for French or "Romanization" of Tunisian history. And Thaalbi through the book stands out in the dress of the educated and historian fighter, just as he spent his life in the dress of the political fighter.
