الملخص
شاع عند كثير من الدارسين أنّ تفسير الجواهر الحسان للثعالبي مجرّد تلخيص لتفسير ابن عطية، ليس له بعد الجمع والترتيب إلاّ عمل قليل وأثر فكري ضئيل. وقد وقفت على خلاف ذلك، فظهرت لي كثرة انتقاداته واختياراته، هذا ما دفعني للكتابة في هذا السياق، محاولا بيان منهج الثعالبي في الانتقاد، من خلال الإجابة عن المجالات التي استغرقها، والمرتكزات التي اعتمد عليها، مع بيان أسلوبه في ذلك. وتتضح أهمية الدراسة باعتباره متعلّقا بتفسير كتاب الله تعالى، وشرف العلم بشرف المعلوم، كما أنّها تظهر جانبا مشرقا من إسهامات المدرسة الجزائرية في تفسير القرآن الكريم، وتتبع مسائله بالبحث والتدقيق. ولتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة والإجابة على الأسئلة المطروحة سلكت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصّلت إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها بيان تعدد مجالات النّقد عند الثعالبي، واستناده في ذلك إلى القرآن والسنة، وقواعد الترجيح، واعتماده على حمل المعنى على العموم ما أمكن، وحمل اللفظ على ظاهره إلاّ إذ احتمل معنى يقدح في عصمة الأنبياء، فوجب تأويله. وقد امتاز أسلوبه بالأدب والاحترام لأهل الفضل والعلم. It is widely believed among scholars that al-Thaalibi's «al-Jawahir al-Hissan» is merely a condensed version and a summary of Ibn Atia's interpretation, lacking significant original work and intellectual contribution. However, my findings contradict this belief as I discovered the abundance of criticisms and selections within the text. This motivated me to write within this context, aiming to elucidate al-Thaalibi's methodology of criticism by addressing the areas he delved into and the foundations he relied upon, while also highlighting his style in doing so. The significance of this study lies in its connection to the exegis of the Book of Allah (Quran) and the honor associated with knowledge itself. Furthermore, it reveals a bright aspect of the Algerian School's contributions to the interpretation of the Noble Quran, with a thorough examination and scrutiny of its issues. To achieve the desired objectives and answer research questions, I adopted a descriptive and analytical approach. The study yields several results, most notably the multiplicity of al-Thaalibi's criticism fields and his reliance on the Quran, Sunnah (Prophetic traditions), weighting rules, and a certain tendency to extrapolate meanings whenever possible, while interpreting explicit wordings unless they undermine the infallibility of the prophets, necessitating interpretation. His style is distinguished by politeness and reverence towards virtuous scholars.
