المهمّشون في الحاضرة تونس في النصف الثاني من القرن 19: السراق والغشّاشون Marginalized In The Present Tunisia In The Second Half Of The 19th Century: The Thieves And The Cheaters

الملخص

يُحاول هذ البحث أن يدرس فئة "السّراق" والغشّاشون" في مدينة تونس خلال النصف الثاني من القرن التاسع عشر من خلال رصيد وثائق الضبطيّة الممتدّة ما بين سنتي 1860 و1881 المحفوظة بالأرشيف الوطني التونسي. وتناولنا بالدرس في هذا العمل علاقة الأزمة بابتكار الممارسات الاجتماعيّة للنّاس "العاديّين"، مع الحرص على تبيّن التدابير والتقنيات التي يتّبعها الانسان "العادي" أو "المهمّش" الذي يعيش في مجتمع أزمة بامتياز من أجل تسيير حياته اليوميّة. في العنصر الأوّل تناولنا سيرورة تشكيل الصور النمطيّة التي ألصقت بمن وُصف ب"السارق" و "الغشّاش" من خلال تشابك ثنائيّة العنف اللفظي بالتشكيل الاجتماعي للوصم من خلال ثلاثيّة "حرام"، "عيب" و"ممنوع". وفي العنصر الثاني درسنا الأساليب والتقنيات المختلفة التي وُظّفت من طرف الفاعل الاجتماعي في نوازل السرقة والغشّ. وفي العنصر الثالث تتبّعنا الأساليب التي اعتمدت لمقاومة هذه الظواهر سواء عن طريق المجتمع أو مجلس الضبطيّة. This study attempts to study the category of "snails" and "cheats" in the city of Tunis during the second half of the nineteenth century through the rest of the documents of the long seizure between the years 1860 and 1881 kept in the Archives Tunisia. "While taking into account the measures and techniques of the" ordinary "or" marginalized "man who lives in a crisis society in order to manage his daily life. In the first element, we dealt with the process of forming stereotypes related to the description of "thief" and "cheater" by the interlacing of verbal violence and the social formation of stigma through a trilogy "prohibited", "defective" and "prohibited". In the second element, we studied the various methods and techniques used by the social actor in the areas of theft and fraud. In the third element, we follow the methods adopted to resist these phenomena, either by society or by the Control Council.
