مدينة تونس خلال النصف الثاني من القرن 19 من خلال جريدة الرائد التونسي: تشكّل الجغرافية القانونيّة وبناء شبكات العلاقات الاجتماعيّة

الملخص
فرض منطق الإصلاحات في البلاد التونسية خلال النصف الثاني من القرن 19 على الفاعلين الاجتماعيين تمشّيا جديدا للحكم، ولهذا نلاحظ انقطاعا نشأ مع هذه الإصلاحات. وقد تبيّن لنا من خلال هذا البحث الدور المهمّ الذي لعبته صحيفة الرائد التونسي في بلورة روح زمنها ومحالة رجال الرّائد تشكيل تطوّرات وتغيّرات من أجل تجاوز "سقف" الأزمات التي عايشتها البلاد التونسيّة خلال القرن 19، وبالتحديث سنوات قليلة قبل الاستعمار الفرنسي (1881). فقد أبرز القياديّون الجدد وعيا بأهميّة "التطوّر الاجتماعي"، ولهذا أُتّخذ الرائد منصّة وحاملا مهمّا لبثّ أفكار مهمة وطريفة ومُستحدثة غايتها المساهمة في تغيير المجتمع التونسي نحو الأفضل. The logic of reforms in Tunisia during the second half of the nineteenth century imposed on social actors a new line of governance, and for this we notice an interruption that arose with these reforms. Through this research, it became clear to us the important role that Al-Raed Al-Tunisi newspaper played in crystallizing the spirit of its time and the case of the men of the pioneer, the formation of developments and changes in order to overcome the "ceiling" of the crises that Tunisia experienced during the 19th century, and by modernizing a few years before the French colonialism (1881). The new leaders have demonstrated awareness of the importance of "social development," and for this reason, the pioneer was taken as an important platform and bearer to transmit important, novel and innovative ideas aimed at contributing to the change of Tunisian society for the better.
