الملخص

مثّل جسد الانسان عبر التاريخ رهانا اجتماعيّا أساسيّا سواء عند المراقبة أو المعاقبة أو الاستمتاع، فمن المهمّ منهجيّا على المستوى التاريخي الاعتناء بتاريخ الجسد. وقد اعتمدنا في هذا العمل أساسا على التقارير الأمنيّة التي أنتجتها مؤسّسة الشرطة في مدينة تونس في الفترة الفاصلة بين سنتي 1860 و1881. نحاول من خلال هذا المقال أن ندرس التجلّيات المختلفة للجسد في مدينة تونس قُبيل انتصاب الحماية الفرنسيّة، وعلاقة الجسد بتنوّع تمثّلات وممارسات الفاعلين الاجتماعيّين. وقد قسّمنا المقال إلى ثلاث عناصر أساسيّة إلى جانب مقدّمة وخاتمة. العنصر الأوّل بعنوان: الجسد المُعذّب، والعنصر الثاني: الجسد المُستمْتع والجسد المُسْتمتع به، والعنصر الثالث: المُجتمع وهوامشه. Throughout history, the human body has represented a fundamental social issue, whether observing, punishing or having fun. It is systematically important historically to take care of the history of the body. In this work, we mainly relied on the security reports produced by the police establishment of the city of Tunis between 1860 and 1881. Through this article, we try to study the different manifestations of the body in Tunis before l erection of French protection, and the body's relationship to the diversity of representations and practices of social actors. The article divided an introduction as well as a conclusion and us into three basic elements. The first element is entitled: the tormented body, the second element: the pleasant body, the appreciated body, and the third element: society and its margins.
