إصلاح المنظومة التربويّة بين الواقع والمأمول ــ المدرسة والكتاب المدرسيّ ــ

الملخص
ملخص تترجم هذه المقالة مسألة مهمّة في التّعليميّات ، ويتعلّق الأمر بالاصلاح التّربويّ ، هذا الأخير الذي نشِرت حوله الكثير من المقالات ونُظِّمت بشأنه الكثير من الملتقيات ، قدّم خلالها الخبراء والمُخْتصّون في الشّأن التّربويّ معالجات متنوّعة مسّت الجوانب المهمّة التي من خلالها يمكن النّهوض بالقطاع ، والارتقاء به قصد مواكبة الأمم المتحضّرة ، واللحاق بركبها لا تقليدا أعمى يجعلها حبيسة التّبعيات المقيتة ، ولكن أخذا بما أخذت به من أسباب النّجاح في ظلّ المحافظة على الأصول ، والهويّة ، والتّراث . من هذا المنطلق تتحدّد مقاصد هذا المقال ، حيث أنّه يسلّط الأضواء على دعامتين مهمّتين في الاصلاح، وهما: المدرسة ، والكتاب المدرسيّ ، حيث لا يخفى على أصحاب الشّأن الدّور الذي تؤدّيه المدرسة كهيكل فعّال إيجابيّ وعمليّ ، قد يقدّم الكثير من الإضافات لعمليّة التّعليم والتّعلّم ، وكذا الكتاب كوسيلة جدّ فعّالة في التّعلّم . فما المأمول من الاصلاح بعد معايشة الواقع الذي مرّت به المنظومة ؟ ثمّ ما هي المواصفات التي يجب أن يتّسم بها كلّ منهما لتحقيق الغاية المنشودة ؟ Summary This article translates an important issue in educational matters, and the matter is related to educational reform, the latter of which many articles have been published and about which many forums have been organized, during which experts and specialists in educational affairs presented various treatments that touched the important aspects through which the sector can be promoted and promoted in order to promote it. Civilized nations, and catching up with them is not a blind tradition that makes them imprisoned by reprehensible dependencies, but they took the reasons for their success in the light of preserving their origins, identity, and heritage. From this standpoint, the purposes of this article are determined, as it sheds light on two important pillars of reform, namely: the school and the textbook, where the role that the school plays as an effective, positive and practical structure is not hidden from view, and it may provide many additions to the teaching and learning process, as well as The book is a very effective means of learning. What is the hope for reform after experiencing the reality that the system has gone through? Then what are the specifications that must be characterized by each of them to achieve the desired goal?
