الملخص
أدركت الجزائر أهمية إستراتيجية المناولة الصناعية في تفعيل علاقات التشابك والتكامل بين مختلف وحدات القطاع الصناعي،لذا نهدف في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع تطبيق المناولة الصناعية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية جيجل،بالاطلاع على تجربة المؤسسة المغاربية للميكانيك الدقيقة كمؤسسة صغيرة مناولة بالولاية،وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في السياق النظري والتحليلي في دراسة حالة المؤسسة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن نشاط المناولة بالولاية يعاني قصورا من حيث المفهوم و التطبيق، حيث يقتصر على بضع مؤسسات التي تمارس هذا النشاط في إطار غير منظم بسبب عدم الوضوح الكافي للقوانين المنظمة لنشاط المناولة الصناعية . كلمات مفتاحية: ، مناولة صناعية، مؤسسة آمرة ، مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة. تصنيفات JEL : l2، Abstract: Algeria recognized the importance of the strategy of industrial subcontracting in the activation of the relations of interlacement and integration between the various units of the industrial sector, Therefore, we aim in this paper to shed light on the reality of the application of industrial subcontracting in the SME in the state of Jijel, by reviewing the experience of the Maghreb Mechanic as a small enterprise subcontracting the state, the descriptive approach was adopted in the theoretical and analytical context in the case study of the institution. The study concluded that subcontracting activity in the state suffers from a lack of concept and application, as it is limited to a few institutions that practice this activity in an unregulated context due to the lack of sufficient clarity of the laws regulating the industrial handling activity and showing the obligations of all parties.
