The Role Of Electronic Administration In Algeria's Efforts To Eradicate Administrative Corruption

Abstract
The technological revolution has contributed to the consolidation of e-administration as an inevitable necessity that measures the level of development of countries. E-administration has helped bring administration closer to citizens, accelerate the pace of administrative services, reduce costs, simplify procedures, achieve transparency, and combat administrative crimes. Despite the positive roles of technology in administrative management, it has also contributed to the spread of criminal behavior through the use of modern techniques. Therefore, the correct use of e-administration appears as an effective means to combat corrupt practices that have been produced by traditional administration, such as bribery, favoritism, and bureaucracy.
