Abstract
This article aims to highlight the concept of the electronic municipality and the most important services provided by the electronic municipality as one of the most effective solutions to eliminate problems that confront the pattern of the traditional municipality, and the optimal solution to eliminate administrative corruption and prevent its spread.The requirements of administrative reform have also come to impose a commitment to transparency and clarity in its work approach, especially with the increasing use of information and communication technology. يهدف هذا المقال الى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم البلدية الالكترونية وعلى أهم الخدمات التي تقدمها البلدية الالكترونية كأحد أهم الحلول الفعالة للقضاء على المشاكل التي أصبحت تواجه نمط البلدية التقليدية، والحل الأمثل للقضاء على الفساد الإداري والعمل على منع انتشاره، كما أنّ مقتضيات الإصلاح الإداري أصبحت تفرض الالتزام بنمط الشفافية والوضوح في منهج عملها خاصة مع تزايد استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال.
