الملخص
إن الظروف التي تعيشها الجزائر اليوم بخروج الشعب إلى الشارع للمطالبة بتغيير النظام تجعل منها قضية هامة في المجتمع الجزائري هذا التحرك الشعبي الهائل الذي اتّسم بالسلمية والتنظيم المحكم ما أبهر الجزائريين أنفسهم كما أبهر العالم بأسره، ولم يكن هذا من فراغ بل يظهر جليا دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (الفايسبوك) في لمّ شمل الجزائريين وتوحيدهم على كلمة سواء وهي حتمية تغيير نظام دام عشرون سنة خاصة وأن أوضاع البلاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية تتردى من يوم إلى من سيئ إلى أسوء. إن مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ومن خلال خلقها جوا اتصاليا معتمدة في ذلك على تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال أسهمت وبشكل كبير في خلق فضاء للحوار الجاد وتبادل الآراء بين مختلف شرائح الشعب وخاصة التركيز على ضرورة سلميته، بعيدا عن العنف بأنواعه اللفظي والمادي والذي غالبا ما يحبط كل المشاريع السياسية الطموحة ويودي بالوطن والمواطن إلى ما لا تحمد عقباه, وهذا ما حدث في العديد من الحراكات الشعبية في الوطن العربي منذ سنوات، وعليه جاءت دراستنا هاته لتوضح مما لا يدع مجالا للشّك مدى اسهام موقع الفايسبوك في تشكيل الوعي بضرورة السلمية في الحراك الشعبي ليوم 22/02/2019 إذ يعتبر بداية حقيقية لحراك شعبي امتد لعدة أسابيع وبقي محافظا على سلميته التي نفتخر بها كجزائريين, وجاءت هذه الدراسة الميدانية بالتطبيق على عينة من طلبة جامعة الجزائر3 الذين خرجوا في المسيرات (يوم الجمعة) مع باقي أطياف الشعب بصفتهم طلبة في باقي أيام الأسبوع (الثلاثاء) وهذا ما يفسّر سلميتهم التي رسّخها تواصلهم عبر مواقع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي. The conditions that Algeria is living today with the people's departure to the streets to demand a change of regime make it an important issue in Algerian society. This is a massive popular movement that was characterized by peacefulness and tight organization, which impressed the Algerians themselves as it dazzled the entire world. Social networking sites (Facebook) in the reunification of Algerians and unite on a common word, the inevitability of change for a system of twenty years, especially as the country's economic and social conditions deteriorate from bad to worse. The social networking sites and the creation of a communicative atmosphere based on information and communication technologies have contributed greatly to creating a space for serious dialogue and exchange of views among different segments of the population, especially the emphasis on the need for peace, without verbal and physical violence which often frustrates all ambitious political projects, And the homeland and the citizen to the unspeakable consequences. This is what has happened in many popular movements in the Arab world for years. Therefore, this study is a clear indication of the extent to which the Facebook site contributed to the formation of awareness of the need for peaceful popular movement on 22/02/2019. For several weeks he remained a conservative of Salmeeth, which we are proud of as Algerians. This field study was conducted on a sample of students from Algeria University They went out on parades (Friday) with the rest of the people, and went out as students in the rest of the week (Tuesday), which explains their peace established by the continuation of social networking sites.
