الجريمة الإلكترونية لدى القصّر-بين الدوافع وتحقيق الرغبات:دراسة استطلاعية على عينة من الأطفال القصّر بولاية وهران.

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية الى تحديد الاشباعات المحققة من استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لدى عينة من الاطفال ( 14الى15سنة)، عينة قصدية انتقيناها بعد بحث معمق إعتمادا على ما ينشرونه على حساباتهم في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، لمعرفةكيف تسهم رغباتهم التي أرادوا إشباعها باستخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تجاوزهم حدود حرية التعبير التي وفّرتها لهم هذه المنصات الالكترونية الىسوء استخدام هذه الحرية فيما فيه أذية للاخرين، هذه الاشباعات المحققة من استخدام الفايسبوك قد تكون بداية سيئة تقودهم في المستقبل الى ارتكاب جرائم الكترونية في حق الاشخاص باستباحة خصوصيتهم والتشهير بهم، هذا اذالم يتلقى هؤلاء الاطفال الرعاية اللازمة لإرشادهم الي ضرورة التمييز بين حرية التعبير كحق من حقوقهم المصانة، والتعدي على حقوق الغير كجريمة يعاقب عليها القانون، وكذا العمل الجاد والمتواصل لبلورة فكرة البعد الأخلاقي لتكنولوجيات الاتصال الجديدة في أذهانهم، ليكونوا منضبطين في كيفية توظيف مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بكل حرية لاشباع حاجاتهم، لكن دون المساس بحرية الاخرين بارتكاب جرائم الكترونية في حقهم وتفادي تعريض انفسهم للعقوبات الصارمة. Abstract: This study aims at determining the field of gratifications from using social networking sites have sample of children between 14 and 15 years. A purposeful sample selection after thorough search depends on what they publish on their accounts on social networking sites in order to figure out how their desires that they want to fulfill. In fact, using social networking sites in exceeding the limits of freedom of expression provided by the electronic platforms to misuse this freedom with which harm to others. This study shows that the gratifications generated from using Facebook may be the beginning which leads them later to commit cybercrimes against persons by violating their privacy as well as defaming them, especially if these children have not provided with the necessary care that guides them to truly distinguish between freedom of speech as their right, and as infringing on the others’ rights as an offense punishable by law. Furthermore, working hard and continuing to develop the idea of the moral dimension and new communication technologies in the children’s minds are needed to teach them how to use social media in the right way because it offers them freedom to satisfy their needs without compromising the others’ freedom through committing cybercrimes, the matter that avoids exposing themselves to severe penalties.
