الملخص
تندرج إسهامات المحافظ السياسي في ميدان القضاء ضمن سياسة جبهة التحرير الوطني القضائية التي أقرت إنشاء عدالة بنمط مغاير ،تتلاءم مع التقاليد والثقافة الأصيلة للشعب الجزائري وتراعي خصائص الهوية الوطنية ومقوماتها،وكفيلة بمجابهة السياسة القضائية الإستعمارية. لذلك فالدور الإستراتيجي الذي كان يقوم به المحافظ السياسي في الثورة التحريرية ،وجهوده الرامية لتعبئة الجماهير الشعبية ودفعها لاحتضان الكفاح الوطني والالتفاف حول قيادته جعله عنصرا فاعلا في السياسة القضائية المنتهجة من قبل الجبهة من خلال المهام الموكلة إليه في هذا المجال أبرزها:تنظيم المحاكم الشعبية ،النظر في المنازعات ،الإصلاح بين المتخاصمين ،الدفاع عن المتهمين،المشاركة في المحاكم الثورية. The contributions of the political governor in the field of the judiciary fall within the judicial policy of the National Liberation Front, which approved the establishment of justice in a different style, which is compatible with the authentic traditions and culture of the Algerian people and takes into account the characteristics and components of the national identity, and is capable of confronting the colonial judicial policy. Therefore, the strategic role played by the political governor in the liberation revolution, and his efforts to mobilize the popular masses and push them to embrace the national struggle and rally around his leadership made him an active element in the judicial policy pursued by the Front through the tasks assigned to him in this field, the most prominent of which are: organizing people’s courts, examining In disputes, reconciliation between litigants, defense of the accused, participation in revolutionary courts.
