نشوء الجدل المبكّر حول نسخ القرآنthe Emergence Of The Early Controversy Abaout Abrogation The Qur’an

الملخص
شكّلت مسألة النسخ موضوع جدل مبكّر في الاسلام. فما أن انقضى الجيل الأول من التابعين الذين كانوا يجمعون على وجوده حتى برزت بوادر الخلاف حول النسخ .ففي حين ذهب البعض الى الحديث عن نسخ القرٱن اكتفى ٱخرون بالحديث عن نسخ في القرٱن.بل ان البعض انشغل بالبحث عن أدلة لاثبات نسخ السنة للقرٱن ليرفض غيرهم كل ذلك مبطلين وجود النسخ في معانيه المختلفة سواء كان نسخا لحكم أو نسخا لتلاوة أو نسخا للحكم والتلاوة وسواء كان في معنى النقل أو الإزالة وسواء كان رفعا أو تبديلا أو محوا وسواء كان مردّه نسيانا أو غيره. وسيؤدي هذا الجدل بين مفسري القرٱن حول للناسخ والمنسوخ الى الارتقاء به من حالة الفهم التقبلي البسيط عند الجيل الأول الى حالة التنظيرليتكون علم للناسخ المنسوخ. ومع كل ذلك تبقى هذه المسألة موضوعا لمناقشة جادة لا تزال تطرحها أسئلة حول حقيقته وحول تأثيره على تقدير القرٱن غربا وشرقا. ويهدف هذا البحث الى العودة الى الوصول الخاصة بالنسخ والتفكر في الايات القرٱنية التي نسب إليها انها ناسخ أو منسوخ لفهم أسس القول بالنسخ وحوده وتبعاته اللاحقة على حياة المسلمين وتقديرهم وتقدير غيرهم للقرآن.The issue of Abrogation was an early subject of controversy in Islam. As soon as the first generation of the followers who were unanimous in its existence passed away, signs of disagreement emerged around it While some went on to talk about Abrogation the Qur’an, others contented themselves with talking about Abrogation in the Qur’an Rather, some were preoccupied with searching for evidence to prove the abrogation of the Qur’an by the Sunnah, so that others would reject all of this, invalidating the existence of abrogation in its various meanings. This debate will lead to its elevation from the state of simple receptive understanding at the first generation to the state of theorizing so that it becomes a science of abrogation. Despite all this, this issue remains the subject of serious discussion, which still raises questions about its truth and about its impact on the appreciation of the Qur’an. This research aims to return to the access to abrogation and reflection on the Qur’anic verses that were attributed to it as abrogating or abrogated in order to understand the foundations of saying abrogation and its limits and its subsequent consequences on the lives of Muslims and their appreciation and the appreciation of others for the Qur’an..
