الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى ابراز أهم الملاحظات الفنّية التي تنطوي عليها مجالس الطرب الأندلسي من رقص وغناء وآلات موسيقية وموشّحات وأزجال مع تبيان موقف الشرع منها انطلاقا من النوازل الفقهية الأندلسية. حيث تبيّن أنّ الطرب الأندلسي جاء نتاجا للتطور الحضاري والفنّي للرعية الأندلسية وما تمليه الحضارات المشرقية والمغربية والنّصرانية، فكان له صبغة خاصّة رغم ميل مظاهره للمنكرات الشّرعية التي دفعت الفقهاء للطعن في مجالسه واعتباره ايذانا بسقوط دولة الإسلام في الأندلس، إلاّ أنّ ذلك لا ينقص من قيمته كوسيلة ترفيه ورقي حضاري عكس تطور الفكر الفنّي الأندلسي في العصر الوسيط. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the most important artistic observations involved in the Andalusian music councils, such as dancing, singing, musical instruments, muwashahat, and zajal, while clarifying the Sharia's position on them based on the Andalusian jurisprudence issues. Where it became clear that the Andalusian music came as a result of the cultural and artistic development of the Andalusian parish and what was dictated by the Eastern, Western and Christian civilizations. He had a special characteristic, despite the inclination of his manifestations to the legal abominations that prompted the jurists to challenge his councils and consider him a sign of the fall of the Islamic state in Andalusia A civilized paper entertainment that reflects the development of Andalusian artistic thought in the medieval era
