الملخص

تتطرق هذه الدراسة الى موضوع الوظائف الخضراء كمقاربة من مقاربات الاقتصاد الأخضر الذي يعتبر التوجه اليه ضرورة ملحة بالنظر الى تسارع وتيرة التنمية والنمو الاقتصادي، وما أسفر عنه ذلك من تحديات بيئية تستدعي إيجاد الأطر والمقاربات اللازمة لاحتوائها ومواجهتها، من خلال إعادة تشكيل وتوجيه الأنشطة الاقتصادية لتكون أكثر ملاءمة للبيئة واستجابة لمتطلبات التنمية المستدامة. ولقد توصلنا الى أنّ للوظائف الخضراء دور مهم في تحقيق التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر باعتبارها من أهم المساعي الرامية الى تعزيز الأمن البيئي والاستدامة عبر "خضرنة" قطاعات العمل لتكون أكثر ملاءمة ودعما للبیئة، بغية تحقيق التوازن بين الأهداف التنموية والمتطلبات البيئية، وهو ما توجهت اليه العديد من الدول من خلال وضع سیاسات للتقليل من الآثار السلبية للمشروعات الاقتصادية على البيئة. ABSTRACT: This study focuses on the subject of green jobs as a green economy approach, which is urgently required given the speeding up of development and economic growth and the emergence of numerous environmental challenges that call for finding the necessary frameworks and approaches to face them, through restructuring and directing economic activities to be in response to the needs of sustainable development. We have concluded that green jobs have an important role in achieving the transition to the green economy as one of the most significant initiatives aimed at enhancing environmental security and sustainability through the "greening" of labor sectors to be more environmentally friendly in order to balance development objectives and environmental requirements, which many countries are working on by developing policies to reduce the negative effects of economic projects.
