الملخص
تهدف ورقتنا البحثية الى تسليط الضوء على دور الزراعة العضوية (البيولوجية) وإعادة تدوير النفايات الزراعية والحيوانية في تفعيل الاقتصاد الأخضر وكذا توفير وظائف خضراء في الوطن العربي. وللإجابة عن الإشكالية اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتحليل الوضع الراهن للزراعة العضوية في الوطن العربي وعلاقتها بنمو الاقتصاد الأخضر في هذه الدّول، وخلص البحث الى أن الزراعة البيولوجية وإعادة تدوير المخلفات الحيوية لها دور فاعل دعم وترسيخ سياسات الاقتصاد الأخضر الرامية الى حماية البيئة وتقليل التلوث وخلق وظائف خضراء وكذا التخفيف من حدّة الفقر. Abstract: Our research paper aims to highlight the role of organic farming (biological) and the recycle of agricultural in activating the green economy. To answer the problem, we have adopted a descriptive and analytical approach to analyzing the current state of organic farming in the Arab world The research concluded that biological agriculture and bio-waste recycling have an active role in supporting and consolidating green economy policies aimed at protecting the environment and reducing waste, pollution, creating green jobs, and alleviating poverty. Therefore, one of the most important recommendations of the research is the need for government support for organic agriculture and the recycling of agriculture and animal waste, and a shift towards a green economy.
