الملخص
تفعيل شراكة الجمعيات البيئية وأفراد المجتمع المدني في عملية صنع القرار الوطني في مجال البيئة والمحافظة عليها، من الأهداف التوجه السياسي والقانوني الجديد للجزائر.سواء من خلال دسترة الحق في المعلومة والحق في بيئة سليمة في دستور2020، أو من خلال قانون رقم 03/10 المتعلق بالبيئة..ومن أهم أهداف هذه الجمعيات تحقيق الأمن البيئي في الجزائر ونشر ثقافة التربية البيئية بين أوساط المجتمع المختلفة.
