فاعلية توصيل المواد الجامعية عبر شبكة الانترنت دراسة وصفية تحليلية في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بالجزائر

الملخص
يسعى البحث إلى قياس فاعلية توصيل المواد الأكاديمية المعدة والمستخدمة عبر شبكة الإنترنت والتصدي لأزمة إغلاق التعليم والاستعانة بمصادر التعلم والتعليم الإلكتروني وتوظيفها كبديل يتناغم مع ما يشهده العالم من ثورة الاتصالات والمعلومات، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث من خلال فاعلية التعلم الإلكتروني في تخطي الأزمة وإثبات نجاحه باستخدام برنامج كلاس روم واستفادة الطلبة منها، شملت عينة البحث (48) طالبا في كافة الاختصاصات في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية خلال العام الدراسي (2019/2020)، واعتمدت الدراسة على استمارة استبيان الكترونية معدة وفق مقياس ليكرت، كأداة رئيسة في جمع البيانات المتعلقة بمتغيرات البحث. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن هناك تفاعلا في استيعاب الطلاب لعرض المادة العلمية عبر برنامج كلاس روم وتبين أن هناك بعض الإشكالات الفنية لتطبيق مثل هذا الاستخدام من قبل الطلبة، يوصي البحث بتوظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات الإلكترونية في التعليم الإلكتروني بعد تحديد الإشكالات التي تواجه هذا التوظيف للحصول علة تعليم اقتصادي فعال. La recherche vise à mesurer l'efficacité de la fourniture de matériel académique préparé et utilisé via Internet, en abordant la crise de la fermeture de l'éducation, en utilisant les ressources d'apprentissage et l'apprentissage en ligne, et en les employant comme une alternative en harmonie avec la révolution mondiale des communications et de l'information, et atteindre les objectifs de la recherche grâce à l'efficacité de l'apprentissage en ligne pour surmonter la crise et prouver son succès en utilisant le programme Class. L'échantillon de recherche comprenait (48) étudiants de toutes les disciplines du Collège des sciences humaines et sociales au cours de l'année universitaire ( 2019/2020), et l'étude s'est appuyée sur un questionnaire électronique préparé selon l'échelle de Likert, comme principal outil de collecte de données liées aux variables de recherche. Les résultats de la recherche ont conclu qu'il existe une interaction dans la compréhension par les étudiants de la présentation du matériel scientifique via le programme Classroom, et il s'avère qu'il existe des problèmes techniques pour l'application d'une telle utilisation par les étudiants. The research seeks to measure the effectiveness of delivering academic materials prepared and used via the Internet, addressing the crisis of closing education, using learning resources and e-learning, and employing them as an alternative in harmony with the world's communications and information revolution, and to achieve the research objectives through the effectiveness of e-learning in overcoming the crisis and proving its success using the Class program The research sample included (48) students in all disciplines in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences during the academic year (2019/2020), and the study relied on an electronic questionnaire prepared according to the Likert scale, as a main tool in collecting data related to the research variables. The results of the research concluded that there is an interaction in students' comprehension of presenting the scientific material through the Classroom program, and it was found that there are some technical problems for the application of such use by students. Efficient economy.
