مصطلحات التّصنيف الفونتيكيّ والتّنظير الفنولوجيّ في معجم علم الأصوات بين التّوصيف والتّوظيف

الملخص
الملخص: يعدّ المصطلح أحد أهمّ مفاتيح المعارف الإنسانيّة؛ بل هو مفتاح العلوم بمختلف مجالاتها ومستوياتها وموضوعاتها، فهو وسيلة التّواصل بين المختصّين، لذلك ظهرت الكثير من الهيئات والمؤسّسات التّي اهتمّت بإشكاليّة المصطلح وقضاياه. ويعتبر البحث في الجوانب الصّوتيّة منطلقا رئيسا لفهم وتحليل الكثير من القضايا والإشكالات اللّسانيّة؛ بل هو أساسها وقاعدتها التّي تنطلق منه وتعود إليه. ومنه فإنّ التّفكير في وضع معجم للمصطلحات الصّوتيّة، يعتبر ضرورة ملحّة في مجال البحوث اللّسانيّة بعامّة، والمصطلحيّة بخاصّة. ومعجم علم الأصوات لمحمّد علي الخولي، أحد أهمّ المعاجم الصّوتيّة التّي اهتمّت بجمع المصطلحات الصّوتيّة، مع الشّرح؛ لأنّ صاحبه ذكر فيه أهمّ المصطلحات المستخدمة في التّصنيفات الفونتيكيّة، وأضاف إليها أهمّ مصطلحات التّوظيف الفونولوجيّ، ومنه سنتعرض أثناء المداخلة لأهم خصوصيّات المعجم التّوصيفيّة وطرائق الشّرح المتّبعة، ومواضع توظيفه للرّموز والمصطلحات المقابلة لها، وما يؤخذ على هذا المعجم في الجانب التّوظيفيّ للمصطلحات، ممّا ستكون لنا وقفة عنده في هذه المداخلة، تحليلا وتعليلا وتمثيلا، إن حظيت بقبول لجنة الملتقى الموقّرة بحول الله تعالى. Abstract: The term is one of the most important keys to human knowledge; it is the key to science in its various fields, levels and topics, it is a means of communication between specialists, so a lot of bodies and institutions appeared that paid attention to the problematic of the term and its issues. Research into phonetic aspects is considered the main starting point for understanding and analyzing many linguistic issues and problems; rather, it is their basis and base from which they proceed and return to. Therefore, thinking about developing a dictionary of phonetic terms is an urgent necessity in the field of linguistic research in general, and terminology in particular. The dictionary of phonology by Muhammad Ali al-Kholy is one of the most important phonetic dictionaries that took care of collecting phonetic terms, with explanation; because its author mentioned the most important terms used in phonetic classifications, and added the most important terms of phonological employment to them, from which we will be exposed during the intervention to the most important characteristics of the descriptive dictionary and the methods of explanation I was accepted by the esteemed Forum Committee about Allah Almighty.
