الملخص
ازداد الاهتمام بالحوكمة مع زيادة المنافسة بين المؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث أصبح من الضروري تبني مبادئ الحوكمة، وباعتبار القطاع البنكي يمثل عصب الاقتصاد لأي دولة، فقد كان من الضروري تطبيق لمؤسسات القطاع البنكي العمل بمبادئ الحوكمة من أجل الارتقاء بالمنظومة المصرفية بالجزائر، وتأهيلها للاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي. ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة أن الحاجة إلى تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة المصرفية ناتج عن الاهتمام المتزايد لهذا المفهوم وما عرفة القطاع البنكي الجزائري من أزمات وأوجه قصور قادته للتعرض لهزات زعزعت استقرار ومصداقية النظام البنكي الجزائري. The interest in governance has increased with the increase in competition between economic institutions, where it has become necessary to adopt the principles of governance, and considering the banking sector as the backbone of the economy of any country, it was necessary to apply the banking sector institutions to work with the principles of governance in order to improve the banking system in Algeria, and qualify it for integration into the global economy. One of the most important findings of the study is that the need to apply the principles of banking governance results from the growing interest in this concept and what the Algerian banking sector has known of crises and shortcomings that led it to be exposed to shocks that destabilized the stability and credibility of the Algerian banking system.
