تغيرات أسعار الصرف والمشاكل الناجمة عنها بفلسطين في ظل تكنولوجيا المعلومات

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى طرح وتحليل تغيرات أسعار الصرف والمشاكل الناجمة عنها بفلسطين في ظل استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن آليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات تساعد على نشر معلومات شاملة عن التغيرات التي تحدث في أسعار الصرف عبر شبكات وسلاسل زمنية معينة وتزيد من امكانية التنبؤ بها، وأن العمليات التجارية التي تقوم بها الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات يتولد عنها خطر سعر الصرف نتيجة التغيرات غير المتوقعة في أسعار الصرف، وأن دور العملة الأجنبية وسعر صرفها لا يتوقف على تمويل الاستيراد فقط وتحديد المعروض النقدي منها، بل يعدى الأمر للمساهمة في خلق النقود الوطنية وتحديد كميتها. أوصت الدراسة بتحويل البنية التحتية لتقارير الشركات والاتصالات بما يتناسب مع ظهور التقنيات الرقمية وتكييف الممارسات المحاسبية مع رقمنة تقارير الشركات. This study aimed at proposing and analyzing exchange rate changes and the resulting problems in Palestine with the use of information technology. The analytical descriptive approach was used. The study concluded that information technology mechanisms help to disseminate comprehensive information about changes occur in exchange rates through specific networks and time series and increase the possibility of predicting them, and that the commercial operations carried out by multinational companies generate exchange rate risk as a result of unexpected changes in it, and that the role of foreign currency and its exchange rate does not depend on financing imports only and determining the money supply from it, but rather it goes beyond contributing to the creation of national money and determining its quantity. The study recommended transforming the infrastructure of corporate reports and communications in line with the emergence of digital technologies and adapting accounting practices to the digitization of reports.
