الملخص

المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير تأثير أسعار النفط وسعر الصرف في فترة سابقة على سعر الصرف في السودان. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي ما هي درجة واتجاه تأثير أسعار النفط العالمية على سعر الصرف في السودان ويتفرع منه تساؤل عن درجة واتجاه تأثير سعر الصرف في الفترة السابقة وسعر الصرف في الفترة التالية في السودان (2011-2022)؟. والفرضيات هي: وجود علاقة سلبية بين أسعار النفط العالمية وسعر الصرف، وأن سعر الصرف في الفترة السابقة يؤثر إيجاباً على سعر الصرف في الفترة التالية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب الاقتصاد القياسي. أهم نتائج الدراسة، أن أسعار النفط تؤثر سلباً على سعر صرف الجنيه السوداني مقابل الدولار، وسعر الصرف في الفترة السابقة يؤثر إيجاباً على سعر الصرف في الفترة التالية. أما أهم توصيات الدراسة، تعزيز المتغيرات التي تؤثر إيجاباً على سعر الصرف، وتفعيل العوامل التي تقلل التأثير السلبي لتغيرات أسعار النفط على سعر الصرف، مثل زيادة حاويات التخزين والاستفادة من أوقات انخفاض أسعار النفط. Abstract: This study aimed to estimate the impact of oil prices and the exchange rate in a previous period on the exchange rate in Sudan. The problem of the study was represented in the following main question: What is the degree and direction of the impact of international oil prices on the exchange rate in Sudan?. From which a question arises about the degree and direction of the impact of the exchange rate in the previous period and the exchange rate in the following period in Sudan (2011-2022)?. The most important hypothesis is: There is a negative relationship between international oil prices and the exchange rate, and the exchange rate in the previous period positively affects the exchange rate in the following period. The study used the descriptive and econometric methods. The most important results of the study are that oil prices negatively affect the exchange rate of the Sudanese pound in return for the dollar, and the exchange rate in the previous period positively affects the exchange rate in the following period. The most important recommendations of the study, strengthening the variables that positively affect the exchange rate, and activating the factors that reduce the negative impact of oil price changes on the exchange rate, such as increasing storage containers and benefiting from times of low oil prices.
