الملخص
في وقتنا الحاضر قد انتقل الاهتمام من مفهوم الأمن المرتبط بالدولة إلى مفهوم الأمن المرتبط بالإنسان وجميع مجالاته وأبعاده المختلفة، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على اهم المواضع الجديدة والمثيرة للجدل في النظام الدولي الجديد العولمة، التحديات الراهنة وآثارها المباشرة على أمن واستقرار الفرد والدولة، إن البحث عن طبيعة الأمن الإنساني فكل من القانون الدولي لحقوق الأنسان والقانون الدولي الانساني، له علاقة به، بالإضافة الى مجال التعاون الدولي والتنمية المستدامة، وهو ما يدل على اهمية الموضوع واتساعه.، اعتمدنا في مناقشة هذا الموضوع على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، من خلال الدراسة توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: تتعدد مهددات الأمن الإنساني بتعدد الجهات الفاعلة، وانقسم الفاعلون الى تيارين تيار يعمل على خصخصة الأمن وأخر يعمل على أنسنة الأمن. Summary: Today, attention has shifted from the concept of State-related security to the concept of human-related security and all its different areas and dimensions. s Development ", the present study aims to highlight the most important new and controversial areas in the new international order of globalization, Current challenges and their direct implications for the security and stability of the individual and the State. The search for the nature of human security is both international human rights law and international humanitarian law. in addition to the area of international cooperation and sustainable development, which demonstrates the importance and breadth of the topic. In discussing this topic, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approaches, through the study we have reached the following conclusions: multiple threats to human security by multiple actors, the actors divided into two streams of privatization of security and the others that perpetuate security
