الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز وتحديد نوع العلاقة الموجودة بين برامج التعليم العالي ومتطلبات سوق العمل بصورة تلائم تطلعات المجتمع، وقصد توضيح متغيرات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لتحديد المفاهيم النظرية إلى جانب المنهج التحليلي في استطلاع وتحليل البيانات العلمية. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها الاستفادة من النموذج الألماني والأخذ باستراتيجيته كحل لمشكلات حاملي الشهادات بالجزائر. This paper aims to highlight and determine the type of relationship that exists between higher education programmes and labour market requirements in a manner appropriate to society's aspirations, in order to clarify the variables of the study, the descriptive approach was used to define theoretical concepts as well as the analytical approach in the survey and analysis of scientific data. This study has produced a series of results, the most important of which is the use of the German model and the introduction of its strategy as a solution to the problems of the holders of certificates in Algeria.
