واقع ضغوط العمل لدى الممرضات بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية الحكومية الجزائرية -دراسة على عينة من الممرضات بمستشفى مجدوب السعيد بالطاهير-

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ضغوط العمل لدى الممرضات بمستشفى مجذوب السعيد بالطاهير بمختلف أبعاده (صراع الدور، عبئ العمل، غموض الدور، ظروف العمل، نقص فرص التقدم الوظيفي، طبيعة الوظيفة). من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة الدراسة، حيث تم تطوير استبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات الضرورية من عينة الدراسة والبالغ حجمها 54 ممرضة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع جدا لضغوط العمل من وجهة نظر الممرضات في المستشفى محل الدراسة، كما أبانت النتائج المتوصل إليها إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع جدا لأبعاد ضغوط العمل (صراع الدور، عبء العمل، غموض الدور، طبيعة الوظيفة) ومستوى مرتفع لبعدي (ظروف العمل غير المناسبة، ونقص فرص التقدم الوظيفي).This study aimed at identifying the reality of occupational stress (OS) among nurses employed at Mejdoub Said Hospital in Taher city. The OS is explored through various dimensions, namely: role conflict, workload, role ambiguity, working conditions, lack of opportunities for career advancement, and nature of the job. In order to achieve the stated objectives, a descriptive method was adopted as it fits the nature of the study. Moreover, a questionnaire was designed as it is deemed to be the main tool to collect necessary data from the study sample. This latter consists of 54 participants, randomly selected from the working nurses at the institution in question. The study findings concluded that there is a very high level of OS from the point of view of the participants. The findings, additionally, confirmed a very high level of OS in the dimensions of role conflict, workload, role ambiguity, nature of the job; and a high level OS in the other dimensions (inadequate working conditions and lack of opportunities for career advancement).
