الملخص
ملخص: لقد ربطت السلطة بالكتاب في جميع الحضارات ومنذ فجر التاريخ علاقة جدلية شائكة تحمل الكثير من المفارقات. فعين السلطة ترصد الكتاب دائما، فهي تبجله وتقدسه وتدعم نشره وتوزيعه ماليا، عندما تتماشى الأفكار التي يحملها مع توجهاتها العامة. ولكنها تحاربه وتمنع نشره وتصادره، عندما يكون محتواه يسوق لإيديولوجيات معاريضيها سياسيا أو يكون يروج لأفكار تتنافى مع ديانات أو مذاهب أو فلسفات أو أعراف المجتمع. يتطرق هذا المقال بالدراسة إلى واقع الرقابة على الكتاب في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال، ويهدف إلى عرض أنواع الرقابة التي عرفها الكتاب بالجزائر وأشكالها سواء بالنسبة للكتاب المنشور داخل الجزائر أو المستورد. وقد خلصت الدراسة أن الجزائر عرفت الرقابة بوجيهيها الإيجابي والسلبي. و قد تموقعت على حسب الظروف السياسية للبلاد. Abstract: Authority has been linked to the book in all civilizations. Since the dawn of history, there has been a thorny argumentative relationship with many paradoxes. The Authority always holds the book well in the Eye; venerates it, glorifies it and financially supports its publication and dissemination, when its ideas are in line with the general orientations of this authority, however, the latter fights it and prevents its circulation and proceeds to its confiscation, when its content commercializes political ideologies or promotes ideas that are contrary to religions, doctrines, philosophies or customs of the society. This article discusses the reality of book censorship in Algeria and aims to present the types and forms of censorship that the book has experienced in it, both for the book published in Algeria or imported. The study concluded that Algeria had identified censorship with both its positive and negative sides. It was signed according to the political circumstances of the country
