الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مدى مساهمة سياسة التجديد الفلاحي والريفي في شقها الريفي في تحقيق أهداف البعد البيئي وتحسين الحياة في المناطق الريفية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2008-2015، وذلك من خلال مؤشر تطور المساحة الغابية، نسبة الربط بشبكات الصرف الصحي، ونسبة الوصول إلى الماء الصالح للشرب. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن السياسة المذكورة قد ساهمت بشكل كبير في تطور المساحة الغابية، استقرار نسبة الربط بشبكات الصرف الصحي ونسبة الوصول إلى الماء الصالح للشرب رغم زيادة عدد المساكن والسكان في المناطق الريفية. This study aimed to show the extent to which the agricultural and rural renewal policy in its rural part contributed to achieving the objectives of the environmental dimension and improving life in rural areas in Algeria during the period 2008-2015, through the indicator of the development of forest area, the rate of connection to sewage networks, and the rate of access to potable water. It has concluded that the mentioned policy has contributed significantly to the development of the forest area, the stabilization of the rate of connection to sewage networks and the rate of access to potable water despite the increase in the number of housing and population in rural areas.
