Résumé : L'étude vise à analyser les nouvelles réformes politiques qui ont suivi les événements survenus en Algérie et en Tunisie en termes de demandes populaires de changement. La recherche tente alors de mener une lecture analytique de ces mécanismes de cette modification politique, qui a affecté les structures politiques de l'État et a donné un ensemble de garanties pour rétablir l'équilibre autoritaire et établir les paramètres d'un système politique rationnel. Enfin, nous avons conclu que l'atteinte des objectifs de réforme politique en Algérie et en Tunisie nécessite une volonté politique d'impliquer le citoyen et la société dans la gestion de l'État. Abstract: The study is an attempt to explain the new political reforms that followed the events of Algeria and Tunisia in terms of popular demands for change. Then conducting an analytical reading of the mechanisms of this political adjustment, which affected the political structures of the state and gave a set of guarantees for restoring the authoritarian balance and consolidating the rules of the rational political system. Finally, we concluded that achieving the goals of political reform in Algeria and Tunisia requires a political will to involve the citizen and society in managing the state.
