فاعلية القيادة التشاركية في إدارة الأزمات في المنظمة - دراسة تطبيقية بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز لولاية الجلفة ( الجزائر ) -

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فاعلية القيادة التشاركية في إدارة الأزمات بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز لولاية الجلفة ( الجزائر )، بحيث تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من 249 عاملاً وذلك باختلاف مستوياتهم أما عينة الدراسة فتم تحديدها بالإعتماد على العينة العشوائية البسيطة حيث بلغ عددها 50 عامل أي بنسبة تفوق 20 % من مجتمع الدراسة. كما تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم جمع البيانات الميدانية من خلال استبانة لقياس أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها والتي انقسمت إلى قسمين، بحيث احتوى القسم الأول على البيانات الشخصية لأفراد العينة، بينما تكوّن القسم الثاني من ثلاث محاور والتي كانت حول القيادة التشاركية، إدارة الأزمات، ومحور يشمل علاقة أثر القيادة التشاركية على إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسة،كما تم تحليل البيانات بالإستناد على الأسلوب الإحصائي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة قوية ومباشرة بين القيادة التشاركية وإدارة الأزمات في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز لولاية الجلفة. Abstract: The study aims to know the effectiveness of the participatory leadership in managing crises in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in the Wilayat of Djelfa (Algeria), so that the study population consisted of 249 workers, according to their different levels. The study sample was determined by relying on a simple random sample of 50 workers, i.e. about 20%. From the study population. The descriptive and analytical approach was also relied upon, and field data was collected through a questionnaire to measure the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses, which were divided into two parts, so that the first section contained personal data of the sample members, while the second section consisted of three axes, which were about participatory leadership, crisis management, An axis that includes the relationship of the participatory leadership's impact on crisis management in the institution, and the data were analyzed based on the statistical method, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a strong and direct relationship between participatory leadership and crisis management in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in the Wilayat of Djelfa.
