الملخص
This research aims to introduce one of the flags of the Moroccan school. He is Imam Al-Qadi Ayadh, and the research showed the relationship of Al-Qadi Ayadh to Imam Malik. It is summarized in two links: the relationship of the Maliki school and the relationship of kinship and affiliation to the Hamir tribe from the Arabs of Yemen, the research also presented to show the birth, upbringing and death and its causes, along with the sheikhs and students, and the scientific effects, with an alert on the manuscript and the publication, as well as the missing, with jokes and learned alerts From his life, may God have mercy on him. يروم هذا البحث التعريف بعلم من أعلام المدرسة المغربية؛ وهو الإمام القاضي عياض، وقد بين البحث وجه صلة القاضي عياض بالإمام مالك؛ وهي مختصرة في صلتين: صلة المذهب المالكي وصلة القربى والانتساب إلى قبيلة حمير من عرب اليمن، كما تعرض البحث أيضا لبيان المولد والنشأة والوفاة وأسبابها، إلى جانب المشيخة والتلامذة، والآثار العلمية، مع التنبيه على المخطوط منها والمطبوع، وكذا المفقود، مع نكت وتنبيهات مستفادة من حياته رحمه الله.
