النمط القيادي في الوسط التربوي - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بتمنراست -

الملخص
- الملخص: سعت هذه الدراســة للكشف عــن نوعيـــة النمــط القيـــــادي الســـائد (ديمقــــراطي – أوتوقــراطي- حـــر) في المؤسسات التربوية وهذ حسب رأى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بتمنراست، وكذلك الفروق في درجة النمط القيــــادي التي تعــــزى للمتغيـــرات الوسيطيــــة ( الجنس– الاقدمية) .تكونت عينة الدراسة من 50 أستاذ تم اختيارهـــــم بصفـــة العينــــة العشوائيــــــة الطبقيــــة من أساتــــذة التعليـــم المتوســـــط بتمنراست. واتبعــــــنا المنهـــــج الوصفي لمناسبتــــه نوعيــــــة الدراســــــة ، وتم تطبيق الأداة الخاصـــــة بالدراســـــــة والتحقــــــق من صدقــــــها وثباتـــها بالدراسة الاستطلاعية، وقد جرت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss للتحقق من صدق الفرضيات التي انطلق منها البحث ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: 1- النمط القيادي السائد في المؤسسات التربوية التعليمية هو النمط الديمقراطي. 2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في نوع النمط القيادي تُعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في نوع النمط القيادي تُعزى لمتغير الاقدمية . - الكلمات المفتاحية: النمط القيادي، القيادة التربوية، الوسط التربوي، التعليم المتوسط، تمنراست. - Résumé: Cette étude a cherché à révéler le type de style de leadership (démocratique - autocratique - libre) prévalant dans les établissements d'enseignement et cela à Tamanrasset, selon l'opinion des professeurs de l'enseignement intermédiaire, ainsi que les différences dans le degré de style de leadership attribué aux variables intermédiaires (sexe - ancienneté). L'échantillon de l'étude était composé de 50 professeurs choisis comme Échantillon aléatoire stratifié des enseignants du collège à Tamanrasset. Nous avons suivi l'approche descriptive de sa pertinence de la qualité de l'étude, et un outil a été appliqué pour l'étude et vérifier sa sincérité et sa cohérence dans l'étude exploratoire, et le traitement statistique des résultats a été effectué en utilisant le programme statistique spss pour vérifier la validité des hypothèses à partir desquelles la recherche a été lancée, et l'étude a atteint les résultats suivants: 1- Les établissements d'enseignement sont le style démocratique. 2- Il existe des différence statistiquement significative dans le type de style de leadership attribué à la variable genre. 3- Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans le type de style de leadership attribuables à la variable d'ancienneté. Abstract: This study sought to reveal the type of leadership style (democratic - autocratic - free) prevalent in educational institutions and this is according to the opinion of professors of intermediate education, as well as the differences in the degree of leadership style attributable to intermediate variables (gender - seniority) The study sample consisted of 50 professors who were chosen as Stratified random sample from middle school teachers in Tamanrasset. We followed the descriptive approach to its suitability of the quality of the study, and a tool was applied for the study and verifying its sincerity and consistency in the exploratory study, and the statistical treatment of the results was carried out using the statistical program spss to verify the validity of the hypotheses from which the research was launched, and the study reached the following results: 1Educational educational institutions is the democratic styl 2- There are statistically significant differences in the type of leadership style attributed to the gender variable. 3- There are statistically significant differences in the type of leadership style attributable to the seniority variable.
