الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أهمية تطبيق المقارنة المرجعية كأسلوب إداري حديث بالجامعات، حيث تم تسليط الضوء على تجربة الجامعة الجزائرية في تبنيها لنظام "ل.م.د" من خلال منهجية المقارنة المرجعية، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد تم التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها وجود تطبيق ظاهري وليس حقيقي للمقارنة المرجعية في تبني نظام "ل.م.د" بالجامعة الجزائرية؛ الجهة المقارن بها وهي الدول الأوروبية كانت محددة مسبقا، وكأنها حل إلزامي ووحيد للخروج من أزمة قطاع التعليم العالي؛ عدم وجود قاعدة مشتركة بين الجزائر والدول الأوربية تمكن من تطبيق ناجح لنظام "ل.م.د". This study aims to identify the importance of applying benchmarking as a modern practice in universities. The Algerian university experience in adopting the LMD system was highlighted through benchmarking method, depending on the analytical descriptive methodology. A number of results have been reached, most notably that there is an ostensible application of benchmarking in the Algerian university in the adoption of the LMD system; the comparator, which is the European countries was defined in advance as a mandatory solution out of the crisis in the higher education sector; the lack of a common base between Algeria and the European countries, that enabled the successful application of this system. L'objectif de cette étude est de déterminer l'importance d'application de Benchmarking en tant qu’une méthode administrative moderne dans les universités. L'expérience de l'université algérienne dans l'adoption du système LMD a été mise en évidence par le biais de la méthodologie de Benchmarking, basée sur l'approche analytique descriptive. Un certain nombre de résultats ont été atteints, dont le principal est l'existence d'une application théorique de Benchmarking et non d'une application réelle lors de l'adoption du système LMD à l'Université d'Algérie. En plus de cela Les pays européens ont déjà été identifiés comme une base de comparaison obligatoire pour la réforme de l'enseignement supérieur en Algérie., et enfin l’absence d'une base commune entre l’Algérie et les pays européens empêche la réussite de système LMD en Algérie.
