دور مرشدات المساجد في ترسيخ التربية الدينية - دراسة ميدانية بولاية ام البواقي – الجزائر.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لمناقشة موضوع دور مرشدات المساجد في تلقين وترسيخ قيم التربية الدينية في المجتمع الجزائري، من منطلق ان للمسجد دورا فعالا جدا في تثبيت القيم والمبادئ، طبعا الى جانب بقية الاطراف الفاعلة مجتمعيا وعبر عديد المؤسسات على غرار المدرسة ورياض الاطفال، وكل له اسهام بنسبة معينة يغترف منها الفرد ويتشبع من خلالها بأفكار وتوجهات يظهر اثرها لاحقا في بناء وبلورة انماط شخصيات اطفال ومراهقين لاحقا يشكلون رجال وسيدات المستقبل. وترسخ التربية الدينية عبر مهام تنجزها المرشدة الدينية التي تنشط عبر برنامج مسطر على مستوى المسجد تهدف من خلاله الى تقديم الوعظ والارشاد وتلقين احكام الدين للنساء ومن يرافقهن من الاولاد، لذا عكفنا في هذا المقام ان نناقش حدود هذه الممارسة وأبعادها لدى شريحة مرشدات المساجد، من خلال محاولة التعرف على أدوارهن، ومن هي أكثر الفئات احتكاكا وتعاملا معهن، وما هي اهم التحديات التي تواجه عمل الارشاد الذي يقمن به؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: مرشدات المساجد، التربية الدينية، تلقين القيم. This article comes to discuss the issue of education problems and its effect on family construction and social fabric, from the principle that education starts from the family and exactly from the parents or who replaces them; however, nowadays the far and wide has been betting on the presence of many parties that have a great impact in the crystallization and shaping patterns of the personalities of our children and teenagers who are men and women of the future, and by The multiplicity of parties, Multiple types of education provided to those groups and one of them is the religious education; Which is often associated with the education provided by the family of the values and principles of faith and what the mosques provides from speeches and sermons, And in this regard we decided to discuss the limits of religious education and its dimensions in a segment that we believe is very effective in the community which is the female mosques’ guides (Mourchidat), By trying to identify their roles, and who are the most groups interacting and dealing with them, What are the most important challenges facing the work of guidance that they do?
