المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية للمسن– دراسة ميدانية بدار الاشخاص المسنين بولاية أم البواقي-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية الى مناقشة موضوع مهم يخص شريحة الافراد كبار السن المقيمين بدار رعاية المسنين، وذلك برصد أهم المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية التي تواجههم وتنغص سكون ايامهم، هذا المسن(ة) الذي بلغ من العمر ارذله وجد نفسه بين جدران مؤسسة عمومية يخدمه أفراد غرباء عنه ووفق نظام جماعي صارم و مختلف عما كان يعيشه في كنف أسرته، كل ذلك الاختلاف في نمط الحياة يجعله يعيش مشكلات نفسية واجتماعية مختلفة، من هذا المنطلق تأتي هذه الدراسة كمحاولة رصد تلك المشكلات، وقد اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق استمارة مقابلة مع مجموع المسنين المقيمين بدار رعاية المسنين على مستوى ولاية ام البواقي(مسح كلي) وكان عددهم 19 مسنا ممن يفوق عمرهم 65 سنة(لان الدار تضم من هم أقل سنا ودون مأوى)، واسفرت النتائج عن وجود مشكلات نفسية غير مستقرة، كالعزلة والانطواء والاكتئاب، وكذا صعوبة التكيف مع محيط المركز. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاشخاص المسنين، دور رعاية المسنين، المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية. Les personnes âgées vivant dans des maisons de retraite représentent une catégorie sociale très fragile. Elles se retrouvent dans un endroit différent, prises en charge par des étrangers, et doivent respecter les règles de cet endroit. Par conséquent, elles souffrent des problèmes sociaux et psychologiques. Donc, cette étude vise à discuter l'impact des maisons de retraite sur les personnes âgées et à observer les problèmes sociaux et psychologiques auxquels elles sont confrontées. Cette recherche s'appuie sur l'approche analytique descriptive et sur un entretien avec un groupe de personnes âgées résidant à la maison de retraite de la ville d'Oum El-Bouaghi. Ce groupe consiste de 19 personnes de 65 ans et plus. Les résultats révèlent qu'il existe des problèmes sociaux et psychologiques tels que l'aliénation, l'isolement, la dépression, et la difficulté à s’adapter à l'environnement. Mots clés : personnes âgées ; maisons de retraite ; problèmes psychologiques et sociaux. Abstract The Elderly people living in the retirement homes represent a very fragile social category. They used to live with their families and now they find themselves in a different place, served by strangers, and must respect the rules of this place. Consequently, they suffer from social and psychological problems. So, this study aims to discuss the impact of the retirement homes on the elderly people and observe the social and psychological problems they face. This research relies on the descriptive analytical approach and employs an interview with a group of elders who stay at the retirement home in the city of Oum El-Bouaghi. This group consists of 19 persons- aged 65 and above. The study finds that there are social and psychological problems such as alienation, isolation, depression, and difficulty to cope with the environment.
