أثر التوافق المهني على المسارات الوظيفية لدى العاملين -دراسة حالة بعض أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بولاية سيدي بلعباس-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر التوافق المهني على المسارات الوظيفية لدى العاملين من خلال دراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين المتغيرين باعتبار التوافق المهني عملية مستمرة تعكس انسجام و تكيف الفرد مع بيئته المهنية التي ينشط بها، و مؤشرا للنجاح في أي مهنة يشغلها بما يضمن الاستفادة القصوى من قدراته و مستوى أدائه و تطوره المهني بالمؤسسة التي يعمل بها. و من تم تحقيق التطابق و التوافق بين أهدافه و أهداف المؤسسة و للتأكد من طبيعة هذه العلاقة تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأساتذة الثانويين بولاية بلعباس، أين بلغ عددها (65 أستاذا)، و قد توصلت دراستنا إلى وجود إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط بين التوافق المهني و المسار الوظيفي لدى العاملين بلغ معامله 51.9%، و إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية قدره 82.2 % للتوافق المهني بأبعاده الثلاثة (علاقة العامل بالإدارة، علاقة العامل بالزملاء، ظروف و مناخ العمل) على المسار الوظيفي. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of vocational adjustment on the career paths of the employees by studying the nature of the relationship between the two variables, considering that the vocational adjustment is an ongoing process that reflects the harmony and adaptation of the individual with their professional environment, and a success indicator of any profession he occupies in order in order to make the most of his abilities as well as the level of his performance and professional development in the institution in which he works. A study was conducted on a sample of secondary teachers in the Wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbes, where there were 65 teachers. Our study found that there is a correlation between the adjustment (51.9%), and a significant statistical impact of 82.2% for the three dimensions of vocational adjustment (the relationship between the worker and the management, the relationship between the worker and the colleagues, the conditions and the work environment) on the career path
