الملخص
The political practice , different societies and different historical periods of successive , and still the product of the progress of the communities and the extent attended today's practice has become more political than ever claim to adapt to keep pace with modern developments and the aspirations and needs of the new communities. We have produced the information society of new practices in political activity, as it is a new challenge for the institutions of traditional political parties and governments required to maintain control over political act which has become practiced strangers to these institutions, thanks to the World Wide Web, which allowed for all that they are active in the political process, via multimedia proposed by which offset significantly and massive structures that form the traditional political parties and the various bodies interested in political affairs. The sprouting of these media site Facebook who shot to fame a few years old, thanks to the flexibility of diverse applications and services that have become employed in the insurgency on the fundamentals of the official media, and the liberalization of large segments of the public clout..... So we seek through this paper to answer the following questions: - What is the role of to exercise democratic act and achieve? - Can Facebook to achieve what it failed partly traditional media in the democratic field?
