خطاب السّياسة الخارجيّة الأمريكيّة في سياق صفقة القرن

الملخص
الملخَّص تناقش هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب " خطاب السّياسة الخارجيّة الأمريكيّة تجاه الحقوق الفلسطينية في سياق صفقة القرن" في مبحثين: تناول المبحث الأول خطاب السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية تجاه الثوابت الفلسطينية في سياق صفقة القرن، ويفحص المبحث الثاني خطاب التفاعلات العربية والغربية للردّ على الوثيقة. وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، منها: التحوّلات البنيوية العميقة في الخطاب العربي تجاه القضية الفلسطينية من المركزية إلى الهامش، وبأنها شأن سياديّ خاصّ لكل دولة، ومنها الموقف من صفقة القرن، وإقامة سلام دائم مع الكيان، وأن لدى السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية سوء في تقدير المواقف السياسية الداعمة للحقوق الفلسطينية. وأوصت الدراسة بإعادة بناء خطاب عربي بعناصر لغوية قادرة على دعم الموقف الفلسطيني، وتنمية القدرة الاقتصادية الفلسطينية لبناء اقتصاد نضاليّ فلسطينيّ غير تابع، وغير معتمدٍ على المساعدات الغربية. الكلمات المفتاحية تحليل الخطاب، صفقة القرن، السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية، الحقوق الفلسطينية. Abstract This study, tagged "American foreign policy discourse towards Palestinian rights in the context of the Deal of the Century", is discussed in two parts: the first examined U.S. foreign policy discourse towards Palestinian constants in the context of the Deal of the Century, and the second examined Arab discourses and Western interactions in response to the document. The study reached a number of results, including: profound structural shifts in Arab discourse towards the Palestinian cause from centrality to margin, a particular sovereign affair for each State, including the position toward the deal of the century, the establishment of lasting peace with the Zionist entity, and the Palestinian National Authority's miscalculation of political positions in support of the Palestinian rights. The study recommended rebuilding an Arab discourse with linguistic elements capable of supporting the Palestinian economic independence away from any Western aid influence Keywords Discourse analysis, deal of the century, US foreign policy, Palestinian rights.
