دور الموروث الثقافي المادي في ترقية الاستثمار السياحي في الجزائر

الملخص
تمتلك الجزائر تنوعاً ثقافياً ومواقع تراثية معروفة ومميزة عالمياً، وإرثا غير مادي ضارب بجذوره في أعماق التاريخ، لكنها تواجه تحديات متنوعة منذ فترة طويلة تتمثل في إدارة تلك المصادر الثقافية، وأحد أهم التحديات الكبرى التي تواجه الجزائر هي كيفية حماية التراث الثقافي وتثمينه وتوظيفه في السياحة بمختلف أنواعها لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة التي تتضمن حاجات الجيل الحاضر دون تطويق قدرة الأجيال القادمة على تلبية احتياجاتها، مما يطرح إشكالية التوظيف السياحي للتراث بالجزائر دون المساس بقيمته وضمان الحفاظ عليه، في وقت ينظر إليه الكثير على أن “القطاع هو المستهلك الأول” دون تحقيق المنفعة المادية المرجوة، في حين يطالب القائمون بإلحاح المطالب على تنويع المداخل خارج الجباية البترولية . Algeria possesses cultural diversity, well-known and internationally distinguished heritage sites, and an intangible heritage that is rooted in the depths of history, but it has long faced various challenges represented in managing these cultural resources, and one of the most important major challenges facing Algeria is how to protect, value and employ cultural heritage in tourism in various ways. All kinds to achieve comprehensive development that includes the needs of the present generation without encircling the ability of future generations to meet their needs, which raises the problem of tourism employment of heritage in Algeria without compromising its value and ensuring its preservation, at a time when many consider that “the sector is the first consumer” without achieving the desired material benefit. While those in charge demand the urgency of the demands to diversify the incomes outside the oil collection.
